How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Order before 2pm and we’ll dispatch your order for next-working-day delivery. Standard UK delivery is £2.99, and delivery is free on all UK orders over £50.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — UK shipping is free on orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged our standard £2.99 delivery rate.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. You have 60 days to let us know if you no longer want a product. As long as it is unused and still sealed in its original packaging, it can be returned to us as an unwanted item. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

My order arrived damaged, or items are missing — what should I do?

Please report any damaged parcels, damaged items or missing items within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll put it right. Email us at hello@farmavita.hair.

Are FarmaVita products salon-professional?

Yes. FarmaVita is a professional hair brand made in Italy and used by hairdressers and salons, developed to salon standards for colour, lightening, care, styling and barbering. Home users are welcome too — please read all product directions carefully, as professional colour and lightening products require correct mixing and handling.

Do I need to do a patch test before colouring my hair?

Yes, always. We strongly recommend a skin allergy (patch) test at least 48 hours before every colour application, even if you have used the product before. Follow the patch-test instructions on the product leaflet, and do not colour if you have any reaction or irritation. If in doubt, seek professional advice.

How do I choose the right shade and developer?

Colour results depend on your starting level, the target shade and the correct developer strength and mixing ratio, which are specified on each FarmaVita colour range. If you’re unsure, email hello@farmavita.hair or consult a professional stylist, and always follow the range’s mixing instructions.
