Shipping policy

Delivery

Order before 2pm and we will aim to dispatch your order the same working day for next-working-day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery costs

Standard UK delivery is £2.99. Delivery is free on all UK orders over £50.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your order on arrival. If your parcel is damaged, an item is damaged, or something is missing, report it within 24 hours of delivery at hello@farmavita.hair and we will resolve it.

For delivery outside the UK, please contact us at hello@farmavita.hair before ordering and we will be happy to help.
