Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, you have 60 days from receiving your order to let us know that you no longer want an item.

Unwanted items

To return an unwanted item, it must be unused and still sealed in its original packaging. Once these conditions are met, we will refund the price of the item. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to return

Please email us at hello@farmavita.hair within 60 days of delivery to let us know you would like to return an item, and we will provide return instructions. Please package returns securely. Unless an item is faulty, incorrect or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

Damaged parcels or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged, an item is damaged, or something is missing from your order, please report it within 24 hours of delivery at hello@farmavita.hair so we can put it right.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including any return postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method, normally within 14 days, and notify you by email.
