Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of farmavita.hair and to any orders you place with Hair Dressing Supplies Lincoln LTD trading as farmavita.hair (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell professional FarmaVita hair products. Some products, including hair colour, lightening and other chemical products, are intended for use by, or under the guidance of, hairdressing professionals. Always read the product directions and safety information before use. For hair colour, we strongly recommend carrying out a skin allergy (patch) test at least 48 hours before every application. You are responsible for using products safely and as directed.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, as this is a site for hairdressing professionals. VAT is calculated and added at checkout where applicable. We take care to describe and price products accurately, but errors may occur; if we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing your order. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch the goods.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from misuse of products contrary to their instructions. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
